  • Southern Massanutten Mountain in the Lee Ranger District:  Several SSVC members have adopted trails on Southern Massanutten Mountain. Contact District Manager Paul Boisen at [email protected] to see if any So. Massanutten Trails need maintainers.  These are also listed in Potomac Appalachian.

  • GWNF North River District / Shenandoah Mountain Trail Crew: PATC maintains 100 miles of trails in the GWNF North River Ranger District.   Many of these are in or near the proposed Shenandoah Mountain National Scenic Area and embedded Wilderness areas.  Contact District Co-Managers Lynn and Malcolm Cameron at [email protected] or [email protected], (540) 234-6273 to become a trail maintainer.   Sign up here to join North River District's Shenandoah Mountain Trail Crew.

  • SNP South District: Our chapter maintains a section of the AT from Ivy Creek Overlook to Pinefield Gap.  Jim Fye coordinate group work trips.  Contact them to volunteer to help at (540) 830-2023, [email protected].   In addition, several SSVC members have adopted sections of the AT or side trails in SNP, mostly in the South Section.
